A good breakfast including fresh bread, home made jam, croissants & tea or coffee starts the day. Followed by (for those staying on a fully inclusive basis) a picnic lunch of freshly filled baguettes, home made cake & fresh fruit. In the evening we prepare a 4 course dinner using produce from our garden, local producers and the markets. Aperitifs & local wine is also included with your evening meal. We like where we can to offer dishes typical of France and the region including local specialties, depending on what is in season during your visit. We are happy to plan meals around any special dietary requirements or preferences with alternatives available.

The house was built to our design & completed in November 2008. The layout takes full advantage of our hillside location with panoramic views over the village, hills, gorges & valleys from our open plan kitchen, dining room & lounge. To ensure that you have a comfortable & enjoyable stay we then furnished and equipped it to a high standard.

Our house benefits from the following features:

• Magnificent views from the 60m2 lounge & dining room.  
• Plasma screen TV with a satellite & DVD system.
• 5000m² garden with fruit trees, vegetable plot, flowers & shrubs.

• Large enclosed decked terrace & 6.5 x 4 metre swimming pool.

The ground floor guest room 4.25x5 metres (14'x16'3") with:

• En-suite shower room, WC & washbasin.  
• 2 arm chairs & coffee table
• Tea & coffee making facilities
• LCD television & DVD player.
• 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed.
• Cot & highchair.
• Top quality Egyptian cotton bedding, towels & bathrobes.
• Magnificent views over the Lot countryside. 

 

Ground floor apartment sleeps 4 with: 

• Fully equipped open plan kitchen.
• Lounge area with sofa bed, armchair & large LCD TV.
• Dining area with table & 4 chairs.
• Large bathroom with 2 wash basins, shower cubicle, bath & WC.
• Large double/twin bedroom.
• Direct access to sun terrace & swimming pool. 

The ground floor apartment & guest room have a lockable connecting door which enables them to be combined into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that can sleep up to 7 persons. 

 

Well behaved pets are allowed by prior agreement for a flat £15 charge.

No Smoking is allowed in the house.
