Booking conditions
When you notify us that you wish to make a booking we will hold this for a period of 10 days in order for you to place your deposit, if the deposit is not received by us within that period then we will assume you do not wish to confirm your booking.
If due to circumstances beyond your control (such as the recent flight cancellations due to volcanic ash) your travel arrangements are cancelled by the operator we will offer a full refund or offer alternative dates whichever you prefer.
When you book a deposit of 25% is required. This deposit will only be refundable in exceptional circumstances or if we are able to re-book the accommodation. So please give us as much notice as possible. However if you do have to cancel at short notice we will try our best to carry the deposit over to an alternative date (subject to availability).
The balance is due 6 weeks before you arrive. If the money is not cleared in our account 4 weeks prior to your arrival then we reserve the right to cancel your holiday & your deposit will be lost.

There are no additional charges for local taxes etc.
Smoking is not allowed in the House.
Well behaved pets are allowed by prior agreement (a small charge will be made).
